Solvent Recyclers

Licensing and ever-increasing waste disposal costs has seen an upturn in the use of solvent recyclers.The solvent recycler by a process of distillation turns contaminated solvents into clean re-usable solvent. Up to 95% solvent recovered! The machine is made of stainless steel, 25lt & 60lt capacity and fully certified to Eexd & ATEX standards. A typical cycle is between 3 to 5 hours and the waste product is left in a bag inside the machine upon completion for ease of removal. Typical cost to recycle 25lts of solvent £2.70 including filter bag.*

Can Crusher

This Pneumatic Model will crush from 1ltr to 6ltr cans up to 320mm in height. It is equipped with a double acting pneumatic cylinder with 300mm stoke and 125mm bore which provides a 865kg force at 8 bar. As a safety feature the door cannot be opened while crushing is in progress. Hydraulic up to 200lt capacity or pneumatic/ Hydraulic 1-200lt capacity.

Spray Gun Cleaning Systems

Aerotherm’s range of Spray Gun cleaning Machines have been designed to give operators a choice of facilities, whilst ensuring basic quality features are consistent throughout the range. The robust construction, featuring air extraction, stainless steel wash tanks and brass distribution bars, makes the unit suitable for both solvent and water based cleaning agents. A powerful air operated, diaphragm pump delivers up to 20 ltrs/min with an air input pressure of 40-90 PSI and consumes approx 1-2 CFM. This ensures a high volume of solvent is delivered through the spray jet nozzles and optimises the cleaning performance. The jets have been carefully positioned to give maximum cleaning efficiency in both automatic and manual wash mode. From the basic unit to the top range, quality components have been used to give professional painters the operational choices that enables them to clean their spray guns effectively and efficiently. This in turn ensures quality work to be produced every time! By utilising standard solvent drums as the reservoir, handling of contaminated waste is made easy and ensures maximum safety to the operator.

Kombi System

Aerotherm can provide a 'KOMBI' system for the cleaning of Spray Guns and recycling used solvent. A larger than normal washing tank giving a 50 second automatic wash as well as manual washing and manual rinsing. A full 25lt capacity recycler ensures the Spray Gun cleaning solvent is always kept clean. The Spray Gun cleaning pump has a 5-year warranty ensuring a cost and trouble free life. The solvent is pumped automatically from the Spray Gun cleaning container to the recycler and returned via the cleaning tank. Use of the Spray Gun Cleaner can be carried out whilst the recycling is in progress. The recycler is certified to EEx d standards and fully explosion proof and the machine is designed to meet the new Atex regulations of June 2003.

Paper compactor

The Paper Compactor is compact in itself and will occupy only a small area of your workshop. The cabinet is 2.5mm thick and has a low centre of gravity, with the entire front opening for easy unloading. The bales tie-off in seconds. Keeps your shop neat and tidy. Volume of masking paper and plastic can be reduced by 75% resulting in fewer trips per day to your refuse container. The Paper Compactor can handle the masking paper from as many as 50 cars before needing to be unloaded. Most waste material is hauled and charged by volume, with masking paper and plastic making up a large portion of the volume of your rubbish. By using our Paper Compactor you could reduce the number of times your waste skip is emptied, resulting in overall lower yearly costs for skip emptying. The Paper Compactor makes sense for the workshop and the environment.

Brake Washer

The Universal Aqueous Brake Washer offering full mobility and versatility. The cleaning tray swivels through 180° and can be adjusted horizontally & vertically. The cleaning tray is of stainless steel to ensure aqueous compatibility and is fitted with a special filter to trap particulate matter giving a longer life to the cleaning fluid. The trolley is fully mobile with large rear wheels offering complete stability and ease of manoeuvre when surmounting workshop airlines etc. "AQUARAPID" is a highly concentrated liquid cleaner when mixed with water, formulated to rapidly remove soils and grease from working areas.

Paint shaker

A pneumatically operated Paint Can Shaker. Mixes paint thoroughly ensuring colour matching and obviating the need for manual stirring. The unit will take paint cans up to 6lt size. This can be bench or stand mounted.

Paint Can Cleaner

The paint can cleaner is another example of a piece of low cost machinery that can wash 2 cans up to 6 litres in size, This is a fully automatic machine. Range capacity up to 25lts.

Eco decorator

Is a mobile cleaning station to provide decorators with an economical and environmentally friendly cleaning facility. It is used to clean brushes, rollers and trays. This reduces cost, waste going to landfill and the overall environmental impact, without producing hazardous waste.

Parts Washer – Solvent & Water
