 The identification of viable changes and investments is a complex, knowledge-based process.  Aerotherm Environmental have the expertise, systematic approach and practical experience to identify, specify and justify 'Green Solutions' for and with our clients.

During Green Project Stages 1 & 2, we follow this 6-Step Survey & Specification process

Step 1             Initial Survey of the building & processes

• Walk-round tour - all areas – operations, warehousing, offices
• Explanation by client of operational patterns, equipment and processes
• Access to energy & water records – metering, invoices & expenditure

 Step 2            Aerotherm Desk Assessment – areas of potential savings

• Identification of Gas, Oil, Electricity and Water Savings from operational changes and investment in new technology equipment

 Step 3            Initial Report & ‘Go–No Go’ recommendation to Client

• At this stage, we assess viability of potential investment savings

 Step 4            If Go … Aerotherm offer a Detailed Onsite Survey

• Including measurement of present usage & potential for savings
• Calculation of benefits of proposed changes to equipment 

 Step 5            Final Report & Recommendations to Client

• Investment proposals - specific energy & water saving equipment
• Includes business case - costs, operational benefits and payback
• Assistance with the identification of grants & interest-free loans

 Step 6           Agree Implementation Programme with Client

• Detail of manufacturing, delivery, installation & commissioning
• Post implementation programme, monitoring against agreed targets
