Aerotherm operates to high standards of on-time delivery, quality and reliability - underpinned by ISO 9001 standards, strong IT systems and project management disciplines. We demand the same high standards from our extensive supply chain.
Only proven, fit-for-purpose materials, components and products are specified in our solutions and designs. Wherever possible and appropriate, products are pre-assembled and rigorously tested prior to delivery - to client-agreed performance specifications – in order to optimise on-site installation and start-up times.
All our staff are experienced and trained in every aspect of the knowledge and skills required to deliver complete solutions. This ranges from project management and product specification and performance measurement, to many aspects of health and safety and regulatory standards.
Installation, Customer Training and After Sales Support
Aerotherm employs high calibre installation teams. All Aerotherm installation staff have completed the relevant Technical and Health and Safety courses; you can be sure that Aerotherm installations will be completed to plan and with minimum disruption to your operations. Post installation training is provided to client staff to ensure effective ongoing operations.
Whilst all Aerotherm systems are designed & built to give long-term, trouble-free performance, we are always available to give advice and support; regular after sales support is available via preventative maintenance & calibration contracts – and/or call-out agreements, as required by our clients.
Our confidence in our solutions is further demonstrated by the new Aerotherm 24 Month Warranty.
We offer regular after sales visits by our Client Project Managers and technical staff - to receive feedback on any aspect of delivered product and service performance, or to understand any new or changing requirements.
