Imperial College London (in partnership with a leading automotive manufacturer) - Aerotherm are to design, manufacture and install a bespoke belt furnace oven which operates to a temperature of 600 degrees. It is designed to preheat metal sheets to be formed by a press (for car body panels) rather than cold pressing. It is powered by electrical elements above and below a stainless steel conveyor, which moves the sheets through the furnace.

Stan Robinson haulage - Aerotherm Industrial completed the installation of a large, bespoke ventilation and extraction system for Stan Robinson Haulage. Aerotherm Industrial's solution met the strict requirements for health and safety, while maintaining the quality and on time delivery standards for which Aerotherm are renowned. Our condolences go out to the Robison family with the sad news of the passing of Stan Robison. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

A global leader of high quality aluminium casting products for the automotive industry - Aerotherm Industrial are in the process of supplying an indirect gas fired batch oven to cast aluminium engine blocks. The engine blocks are loaded via an automated trolley system. Aerotherm’s unique expertise was required as the air flows through the trolley and then the engine blocks, as well as needing a method of powering the trolley in and out of a 250 degree oven.
