Curing Oven Systems

Designed, manufactured and installed by CDS Airtek, this range of ovens for curing glass fibre, carbon fibre and other composite materials is available in both batch and conveyorised configurations.
Energy requirements are kept to a minimum by the unique Airteks insulation system on all hot surfaces including all ductworks and fans. Our robust construction ensures an exceptional service life.
Airteks’s Curing Ovens are constructed to the same high standards as our other oven systems, we have designed curing ovens and stoving ovens which are in use in a diverse range of industries where close control of temperatures and humidity is required during the production process.
A Curing oven is used to cure composite materials and coatings, Curing refers to the toughening or hardening of a polymer material through the cross linking of polymer chains. Composite materials are used in high performance products which are required to be lightweight yet strong to cope with harsh conditions i.e. aerospace, automotive and defence industries.
