Aerotherm Project Management System (PMS)

Each project undertaken by Aerotherm is carefully planned and managed by our designated Client Project Manager (CPM). The CPM provides the primary interface between Client, Aerotherm technical and administrative staff and key suppliers.

All the actions, actionees and dependancies are recorded on our Project Management System, which identifiies and automatically communicates both milestones and exceptions to all concerned - including internal staff, suppliers and our Clients. The PMS also provides comprehensive project overviews and reports.

Where Clients agree, the relevant parties in their organisation are identified on the Aerotherm PMS and given secure access - to their particular project(s) only.
